| The aim of the BVA Open Studios is to show the general public good Contemporary
Art in a friendly, approachable non-gallery environment and allow them to meet the artist, discuss
the work & buy a unique piece of art at a reasonable price if they wish.
2008 is our ninth year and promises to be the best yet with a record 32 artists participating
in 18 studios, half of which are in Oswestry itself and half in the surrounding area, none more
than 20 miles away.
It is held over two weekends - June 14/15th and 21/22nd and open from 10.30am until 4.30pm although
many of the studios can also be viewed at other times as well.

leaflets will be available from the beginning of June at Honeysuckles in Church Street or the
Oswestry Tourist Information Centres at Mile end or in The Visitor Centre next to St Oswalds Church
