The Theme
'Perfect Strangers' the title/theme for the Theater Clwyd show this year is taken from the title
of a play by
Stephen Poliakoff. He writes evocative pieces about human relationships, how we find out about
ourselves
and others, combining this with a strong sense of time and place.
For the show we feel this gives us as artists a chance to look at ourselves, indeed to produce
in any medium eg;
glass, ceramic. wood, paint, print, cloth, photography etc etc, some kind of self portrait, and
you
may wish to interpret this in any way you feel, it need not be a literal portrait just an image/3D
piece which says something
personal, about you.
